At Bloem Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are crafted and prepared with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise.

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers, preserved flowers, and customized gift boxes), most items are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

Returns will only be accepted for:

Damaged or defective products upon arrival.

Incorrect items sent in error.

Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Please email support@bloemstore.com with:

Your order number.

Photos of the product and packaging.

A description of the issue.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds or Replacements

If your claim is approved, you may choose between:

A replacement product (at no extra cost).

A store credit for the value of your purchase.

A refund to your original payment method (processing times vary by bank).

Non-Returnable Items

Fresh flowers and customized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.

After that time, cancellations may not be possible as preparation may have already begun.
